Description of the program

From the list of human resources, select Employees
This screen will appear, click Add.

Then this screen will appear for you, type the name of the employee (1),
Then determine if this employee is a delegate or not (2),
Then set the date of appointment (3),
Then enter other data if you want.

Then click on the Documents tab, and this screen will appear
Through which you can enter the number of each document and its source
Issue date and expiry date.

Then click on the salary tab, and this screen will appear
Then press (+) and choose the type of allowance (2)
Then write the wildcard value (3),
Then specify the working hours (4), then click Save.

From the list of human resources, choose basic data, then choose the departments, then this screen will appear, click Add.

Then this screen appears, type the name of the administration (1) and then click Save (2)

From the list of human resources, choose basic data and then choose the job title, then this screen will appear, click Add.
