1- From the list of human resources, select Employees
This screen will appear, click Add.
2- This screen will appear, type the name of the employee (1) ,
Then determine if this employee is a delegate or not (2) ,
Then select the employee's photo (3) Then select the appointment date (4)
Check the box to indicate that this employee is on the job
Therefore, it appears in the salary entry (5),
Then enter the other data if you want, then click on the salary tab .
2- Then this screen appears, press (+) (1)
Then choose the type of allowance (2) Then write the value of the allowance (3) ,
To add other suits, press (+) (1)
Repeat the previous steps, then specify the working hours (4) ,
Then press save .
The following data must be specified from the human resources tab in the companies screen, as shown on the screen :
To activate the use of social security in salary entry .
To determine the percentage of social insurance from the basic salary .
To determine the percentage that the company pays for social insurance from the basic salary.
To determine the proportion of social insurance from the variable(Incentives - commissions - additional).
To determine the percentage that the company pays for social insurance from the variable.
To activate the use of health insurance in the salary entry .
To determine the percentage of social insurance from the basic salary .
To determine the policy of the number of working days for the employee, whether it is the actual number of days in the month or a specific number set by the company according to its policy
Specifies the number of working days in the event that the company has a special policy on working days .
To activate the use of work gain tax in salary entry .
Determining the exemption from the work-earning tax on the basic salary .
To determine the exemption limit for the work gain tax on the variable .
To activate the use of social security in salary entry .
To determine the percentage of social insurance from the basic salary .
To determine the percentage that the company pays for social insurance from the basic salary.

From there, choose the employee’s penalties, and this screen will appear for you, click Add .
2- Then this screen appears for you, choose the employee (1)
and history (2) And the type of penalty (3)
How is the penalty calculated? (value or number of hours )(4)
Then type in the value (5) Then press save .

Then click on View Salaries (2) , then press Save .
