What is trial balance?
The trial balance is a list of all the accounts of the facility in the ledger. The purpose of its preparation is to obtain a degree of certainty that the process of recording in the journal and ledger was done correctly. The balance balance is an indication of the correctness of the facility’s account balances, but it is not a conclusive evidence There is no mistake

Trial Balance Forms

• Trial Balance Totals: It contains on the debit side the total debit amounts for each account and on the credit side the total credit amounts
• Balance Trial Balance: It contains on the debit side the debit balances of the accounts and on the credit side the credit balances
  Errors in the trial balance
• Error in compilation of trial balance
• Delete an account from the balance
• Putting one of the account balances in the wrong place, for example, placing a debit balance in the credit balances field
• Error in the amount of the account
