 What is a documentary course?

The documentary cycle is a set of procedures that show the movement of documents within the institution or company, and represents the group of vessels in which the documents move through tracking the financial cycle.

The documentary course in Afaky program is divided into:- 

1- Financial transactions (receipts and payments), whether cash or bank transactions.

2- Purchases and sales, whether cash or deferred.

3- Inventory management and control in warehouses.

4- Accounting entries (daily entries movement - closing entries).

There are several types of documentary cycle:-  

1- Documentary cycle for warehouses.

2- Documentary procurement cycle.

3- Documentary cycle for sales.

 Stages of the documentary course in the accounting program Afaky:

1- Documentary cycle of purchases (purchase order - order to receive goods - upload the receipt to the purchase invoice - cash / bank payment movement at the invoice level).

2- Documentary cycle of sales (price offer / sale order - permission to exchange goods - loading the warehouse exchange on the sales invoice - cash / bank payment movement at the invoice level).

3- Warehouse cycle (knowledge of stock valuation - making inventory minutes - uploading the inventory report to the stock inventory).
